With over 25 years' experience across multiple sectors, Matthew brings extensive commercial expertise across the full project lifecycle — from pre-contract estimating, cost planning, procurement and tendering, through to contract administration and post-contract commercial management. He leads senior client relationships and commercial strategy across the firm's portfolio, ensuring robust oversight and value-driven outcomes for every client.

Project Administrator
Kelly works directly on our client commissions as part of the M+H delivery team, managing the project administration that keeps cost management on track. She supports tender and procurement processes, maintains project documentation and change records, and helps prepare the cost reports and client presentations that keep stakeholders informed. Having worked closely with senior management teams in busy, client-focused environments, Kelly is a confident communicator and a trusted point of contact for clients and project teams, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a drive to make every process more efficient.
